Since it's beginnings in 2008, Tony Vergara has promoted the cultural diversity that characterizes our country, through design, becoming the young icon that marked the transition between veteran designers and the generation of new national creators.


From the time of its first brand, Vergara & Vergara, to the present in its signature Eponima, registered values ​​that with the passage of time has matured and strengthened, defining a brand concept whose aesthetic is defined as romantic and feminine, according to its heritage and in favor of the Panamanian woman.

Today, August 14, marks a decade since its first collection and 4 years of founding its eponymous brand, Tony Vergara.


Within the framework of his 4th anniversary, the creative director wanted to refresh his visual identity, and in this change of image he brought with him the renewal of his logo. This change maintained the distinctive colors of the brand and in terms of its typography, we can say that it is more attached to its logo, since now the lines are not as straight as the previous logo presented it.

In his own words, the creative director defines his beginnings as a feat of entrepreneurship, when even that word was not so popular in the young community.


"I came to fashion prematurely, in a world where only adults had a voice, my voice was my design. I knew that the only way to demonstrate my ability was through my work.


I remember that I was still at school when everything started. It was not easy, people did not make it easy for me, but I achieved it with a lot of discipline and impetus. I proved to myself that limitations are only mental.


I have always been serious in my work, I have enjoyed it, I have gone up and down, but I have never lowered the level nor the quality of my work. I respect people who devote time to the arts; Above all, to those people who can hold a brand with their own name and not die trying.


Fashion is a business of perseverance, not speed. "
